Erin Kidd

Erin Kidd heads the Publishing Department at Play It Again Music. In addition to supporting a top-tier roster of songwriters, she pitches songs, organizes co-writes, and maintains the company’s extensive catalog of songs. Born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, Kidd’s parents were both award winning music teachers. She was classically trained in a variety of instruments at a very young age and followed the path of music all the way up through college. After graduating from Florida State University in 2013, Kidd moved to Nashville and strategically worked at iconic venues that would put her in close proximity to songwriters, like the Ryman Auditorium and the Listening Room Cafe. She then held creative roles at both SNG Music Publishing and the Nashville Songwriters Association, before becoming the Creative Director at Play It Again Music in early 2020. Kidd is an honoree in FSU Music Department’s Hall of Fame, and former member of the Society Of Leaders In Development and the Women’s Music Business Association. When she’s not attending writers’ rounds in town, you can find her hiking with her dogs, working on interior design projects, or planning her next travel excursion
